Cancellation, Refund, and Rescheduling Policy

Course fees must be paid in advance to guarantee a seat in a course.

If you must cancel, you have three options:

  • Request a refund less a $50.00 service charge.
  • Send a substitute from your organization. (see note below)
  • Transfer your registration to another LSEL course. (see note below)
Note: There is no fee to substitute attendees or transfer a registration to another course if requested four (4) or more business days prior to the date of the course.
 
There will be a $50.00 service charge if a substitution, transfer, or rescheduling to another course takes place within three (3) business days of the course date.
 
In all cases, cancellations, substitutions, or transfers to another course must be received prior to the course date.
No refunds will be made on registrations that were not cancelled prior to the date of the course.
In the unlikely event that we must cancel a course, a full refund will be provided. Lake States Environmental, Ltd. reserves the right to cancel a course if it is necessary due to low enrollment. In the case of a cancelled course, our liability is limited to the refunding of any pre-paid course fee for the cancelled course.
